The Dr. António Cupertino de Miranda Foundation is a non-profit-making private institution whose mission is to hold cultural activities that promote the society of knowledge and contribute towards social inclusion, at the same time as providing opportunities for free time activities.

The Foundation is located in the north-west part of the city, close to the city centre and in front of the city park. It occupies a total built area of 4.000 square meters, including conference rooms, expositions rooms and a restaurant.

How to get there

BY PLANE

António Cupertino de Miranda Foundation is just 15/20 minutes away from Francisco Sá Carneiro – Porto International Airport that has frequent flights to the main cities in Europe and America.

BY TRAIN

António Cupertino de Miranda Foundation is served by the « Porto – Campanhã » and « Porto – São Bento » train stations. From here you must take a taxi or a bus.

BY CAR

- Approaching from the South on Motorway A1 (Lisbon to Porto);

- Enter Porto across the Arrabida bridge;

- On the ring road of Porto (Via de Cintura Interna – VCI), take the Bessa Leite exit, following signs to Boavista;

- Go straight ahead and after being in Av. da Boavista go down the avenue and near the sea you will find António Cupertino de Miranda Foundation;

- Just in front is the City Park.

BY TAXI

There are taxi ranks at the airport and the train stations.
